Who We Are
Creative Firecracker is a boutique independent design agency creating and delivering murals, creative direction, and graphic design, with a focus on murals, graffiti, and street art, including custom and original artworks.
Founded by Jenny “Scratch” Norberg, a NYC-based graffiti artist and creative director. She started out at the Stockholm graffiti school in 1989, then moved to New York in 1998 to work as an Art Director and Graphic Designer.
Our experience spans advertising, fashion, finance, hospitality, museums, technology, and environmental services.
Recent clients include Great Performances, North Brooklyn Parks Alliance, Marc Jacobs, Vogue, and Waste Management.
Our Founder
Jenny “Scratch” Norberg is one of NYC’s most innovative and accomplished female graffiti artists, with over 35 years in the field. She’s a member of Urban Warriors (UW), one of the legendary NYC graffiti crews, and has painted alongside and collaborated with names like Snake 1, Tats Cru, Crash, Kingbee UW, and Ces.
She’s been invited to paint the NYC Graffiti Hall of Fame seven times: 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2023, and 2024.
Her work has been covered by the New York Times, Marie Claire Italy, CLOUT Magazine, 12ozProphet, and Street Art NYC, along with major Swedish outlets including Dagens Nyheter, Expressen, and Aftonbladet. She has also appeared on Graffiti NYC TV, BronxNet, NY1, and in the Young Voices documentary.
Her fantasy-infused graffiti pieces and characters can be seen on walls across every borough of New York City.

How We Work
Meet on location:
We meet the client on site to inspect the space and gather a creative brief.
Create the design:
We develop a concept and design based on the client’s brief, tailored to the space.
Hand-pick the right artist:
We hand-pick an artist or team based on the best fit for your project, with Jenny “Scratch” leading from first walk-through to final approved artwork.
Production:
We coordinate directly with your contact person and site manager on access and scheduling, and take on one mural production at a time to keep quality high.
Quality that lasts:
We use high-quality materials to produce long-lasting murals and artworks.
This means one point of contact throughout the project, and a design shaped by someone with both graffiti roots and advertising art direction experience.
